Persons who live in the Hampton Road Northern Virginia Roanoke and Rhode Island are exempted from data. After doing some research and getting confirmation from a Cox representative on the phone we decided to purchase the Gigablast plan because it is advertised that data caps are not applicable for Rhode Island and Virginia customers we live in the Hampton Roads.
